First Aid: The character is able to apply first aid to themselves or others. Given a minute of treatment, the character can stabilize a dying character, lessen the effects of serious wounds, poisons and diseases and is able to use medical kits 25% more effectively than non-specialized characters. Biocourts delivered by Doctors give an additional +1d6+1 hp per injection.
'Medical Specialist X : A doctor receives +X to Treat Injury and Knowledge (Medicine) checks. X is equal to the character's level. Requires Intelligence 18.
Xenobiologist: A doctor gains a +4 competence bonus on medical-related checks made on "unknown" species. Requires Knowledge (Medicine) 8.
Cybersurgeon: A doctor gains a +6 competence bonus on Treat Injury checks made to perform cybernetic surgery.
Minor Medical Miracle: If a character is at -10 hit points or below (dead), a doctor may take a single attempt to bring them to -9 hp and stabilized. Requires doctor level 2.
Medical Mastery: A doctor may make Treat Injury checks even in distracting or dangerous circumstances without penalty. Requires doctor level 2.
Combat Anatomy: Through studies, doctors not only learn how to heal but how to hurt. Character gains +2 to attack rolls against races they are familiar with. Requires doctor level 2.
Combat Anatomy II: Through studies, doctors not only learn how to heal, but how to hurt. Character may use their intelligence or dexterity modifier with their melee attack rolls rather than strength. Requires Combat Anatomy feat.
Smart Defense: A doctor can apply his/her intelligence modifier to their AC, in addition to their dexterity modifier. Requires character level 3
Alien Anatomy: Having made a detailed study of many different species from all over the galaxy, your medical knowledge now extends to alien biologies. The character no longer suffers penalties when working on species different than their own. Requires Doctor level 3 and Xenobiologist feat.
Medical Miracle: If a character is at -10 hit points or below, a doctor may take a single attempt to bring them back to life, at 1d6 hp. Requires doctor level 4.
