Earth's Dragon Balls
The Dragon Balls are the ultimate creation of the Namekian race; a Namekian of the proper lineage and great power can create a set of the balls. There are 7, each denoted by the number of stars inside the spheres and they must all be gathered inorder to enact their power. By gathering all 7 balls one can summon the dragon bound to those particular balls and ask to be granted a single wish.
Various Dragons[]
The power of the dragon is directly dependent on the Ki power of the Namekian who generated them, and the dragon's power determines the scope of the wish. Even the most powerful dragon's still have some limits but all can create a degree of magical reality shifting. The lowest level dragons have the smallest balls, about the size of a softball, and can only grant a singular wish with clear limits. The more powerful Dragons can grant up to 3 wishes at once and suffer fewer restrictions but the balls are as large as a human. Wishes can only be made if you know the key phrase to activate them in the language spoken by the Namekian creator, furthermore after a wish has been made the balls seperate and resemble stone untill an entire earth year passes, although when they activate they can be discovered by extremely advanced sensors.
Namekians are loath to part with this secret for obvious reasons and many consider the balls to be rumors and very few know of their origins. Thus far none of the major factions have aquired a set although there is a rumour of a galaxy spanning set of immensely powerful Dragon Balls.
Black Star Balls[]
The rumored Black star Dragon balls can be used to grant any wish but they often carry a terrible burden, there are none in the currently known universe.
