Augment
Augment is a term used to describe a group of genetically engineered Humans created by DNA resequencing. Augments are designed to be stronger, faster, and more intelligent than a normal Human being. Even their resistance to energy weapons was improved - it often taking multiple shots just to stun one.
Physically, Augments are larger than the average human but very little else is different.
Augments are a split race - having membership in every faction.
