A Wookie with a Human companion
Wookies are tall, humanoid creatures that are completely covered with thick hair. They claim some of the greatest physical strength in the galaxy for a humanoid.
Despite their rather gruff appearance, Wookiees are actually quite intelligent and loyal. You're likely to see just as many Wookiee warriors as you are Wookiee engineers. They are excellent tree-climbers.
Wookiees are largely loyal to the United Galactic Alliance.

Wookiee Rage: Wookiees have the potential to fly into a wild rage once per day. When in a rage, the Wookiee gains a temporary +4 strength, +2 HP per level, and a +2 rage bonus on Fortitude and Will saves, but suffers a -2 penalty to AC. While raging a Wookiee cannot use skills that require patience and concentration. A fit of rage lasts for 5 + the constitution modifier in rounds. At the end of the rage, the Wookiee loses the bonus HP points gained from rage and is fatigued and suffers -2 penalty to effective Str and Dex (can't run or charge) for a number of rounds equal to the rage duration. Requires Constitution 16.
